The winners of this giveaway will be contacted via social media after February 5, 2024. Winners will be asked to provide their name, PropStream email, and the name and email of their friend. Once we’ve confirmed that all eligibility criteria are met, your $25 credit will be applied to your PropStream account.

Upon setting up their new account, the nominee (AKA your friend) will also receive the $25 credit in their account, plus the 30-day free trial.

While the holidays may be over, PropStream’s not done giving to our loyal community. Mark your calendar and prepare your typing fingers to enter our giveaway between January 17 and January 31, 2024, to win the gift of PropStream for you and a friend.

Terms and Conditions of Refer a Friend on Social Media

The 30-day free account will be emailed via a coupon to winners who are new customers (the nominee) and who have not previously had a PropStream account within the last 30 days. The $25.00 credit given to both the nominee and nominator is non-transferable. The primary account holder (nominator) must be in good standing with PropStream to be eligible. The credit will be applied to the user's account within 2-3 business days of the winner being confirmed as eligible by the PropStream team. In cases where an account is not yet set up the winner will have 6 months from the date of notification of winning by PropStream to set up their account otherwise the credit will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made.

Once the credit is applied to the user's account, the credit is valid until fully used or until the account is canceled or closed, whichever comes first. The credit holds no cash value. Any unused credit will expire if the account is canceled or closed and will not be issued to the user as a refund. The credit can only be used for additional purchases in the PropStream platform, including skip tracing, postcards, emails, assessor maps, and document images; and may not be used to offset monthly subscription fees.

Customers must reactivate their account before the offer expires or the offer becomes void. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Void where prohibited.
