What began as a small startup with just a few employees selling real estate data on CD-ROMs has grown into a full-featured real estate data platform with lead generation. Today, PropStream is available on web and mobile and is part of Stewart Title. Today, PropStream continues to evolve by leveraging AI to streamline workflows, surface motivated sellers and buyers faster, and give real estate professionals smarter insights to act on opportunities with confidence.

Through all this growth, we’ve never lost sight of what matters most: our relationships with partners, customers, and team members. 2006

EquiMine® (PropStream's original parent company) is formed

In 2006, EquiMine was born with the goal of aggregating real estate data from top industry sources. With this data, we wanted to empower real estate professionals to fulfill their lead generation needs and successfully find off-market properties.

 

2007

The first version of PropStream is available via a CD-ROM

Originally accessible via a CD download, PropStream allowed investors to find distressed properties without driving around neighborhoods looking for overgrown lawns and other signs of financial distress. The CD-ROM also eliminated the hassle of visiting the local Public Records Office for property searches. With PropStream, an investor could now locate and research properties across the United States, right from their desktop.

 

2018

PropStream launches as an online real estate data provider

By 2018, real estate professionals no longer needed to use the CD-ROM to access our multi-sourced real estate data. Instead, PropStream could be accessed with a simple web search and a subscription! In addition to the detailed, robust datasets our users had come to know (and love!), this new and improved version of PropStream included powerful marketing tools and an even more intuitive interface. Real estate professionals could now find the best leads, create targeted marketing lists, and reach out to prospects in one convenient location.

 

2020

PropStream Mobile is released

While users loved browsing via our web application, we thought, "There has to be some way to make this information even more convenient to access."

Thus, the PropStream Mobile app was born! Busy real estate professionals could now Drive for Dollars, identify leads, search addresses, and more on the go.

 

2021

PropStream is acquired by Stewart Title

Since our launch in 2006, PropStream was disrupting the real estate data industry and continuing to do bigger, better things each year. Well, this progress and innovation didn't go unnoticed.

In November 2021, PropStream was acquired by Stewart Title, a premier title services company.

 

2024

Predictive AI

From May 2024, we started introducing groundbreaking Predictive AI upgrades powered by advanced machine learning. These enhancements delivered accelerated data processing speeds and expanded coverage to streamline how you find leads and use real estate data to make informed decisions. Through partnerships and upgraded infrastructure, we introduced new features while updating our display with new UX/UI enhancements.

 

2024

PropStream Intelligence

PropStream Intelligence: An AI-powered platform to help real estate professionals find and evaluate leads through:

  • Property Condition Analysis (Photo AI): Evaluates property condition from MLS photos
  • Foreclosure Factor Data: Predict a property's likelihood of going into default
  • Estimated Wholesale Value Calculation: Suggests optimal contract prices for wholesalers
 

2025

BatchLeads & BatchDialer Acquisition

PropStream acquired BatchLeads and BatchDialer, creating an all-in-one real estate data platform. Users now gain access to nationwide property data, AI-powered lead targeting, and seamless outreach via voice, email, and direct mail, giving real estate professionals the tools to find opportunities and close deals faster.

Mutual Aid

Everyone deserves dignity and respect! Our team came together (2021-2022) to donate bags of warm clothes for individuals currently experiencing homelessness.

About Us Community - One Tree Planted

One Tree Planted

Trees help clean the air we breathe, filter our drinking water, and so much more. PropStream launched a social media campaign and raised $12,000 for One Tree Planted.

Families and Communities Together

We are pleased to have recently contributed to a toy drive organized by Families and Communities Together, a group of non-profit organizations that support families in need in Orange County, CA. Our donation will help provide toys to children in our community, offering the joy of having gifts to open this holiday season.

We made a lasting impact by donating $7,000 to A Sense of Home and providing a former foster youth with their first home and a fresh start! With your generous support of $356, we were able to help transform empty spaces into warm and inviting places of joy, turning their dreams into a magical reality for these young adults.

PropStream’s Hurricane Relief Donation

The devastation from Hurricanes Helene and Milton has left many families in urgent need. At PropStream, we decided to help those affected, especially our valued team members and clients.

Together, we donated $10,000 to the REALTORS® Relief Foundation, which directly assisted hurricane survivors by alleviating their financial burdens.
