A skip trace simply collects contact information for a particular person or group of people. When you skip trace with PropStream, you can collect up to four email addresses and four phone numbers for each contact. Additionally, each contact is flagged if they’re on the DNC (Do Not Call) List.
Tip: If there is no contact information available for a contact you’re attempting to skip trace, you will be refunded for that contact. No hit? No charge!
