To create a postcard campaign, select the postcard icon or the "New Activity" button from the “Campaigns” page. A pop-up will appear with price details for both the standard and oversized postcards. Once you've made your selection, you can start with a predefined postcard template, where you'll be given over a dozen dynamic postcard options to choose from.
These templates will automatically apply your profile information, as well as personalize each postcard with the individual names and addresses from your lead list. You will also have the ability to start with a blank postcard, where you can upload your own design, or create one from scratch using the “Advanced Edit” feature.
For those using Advanced Edit, you will have several tools you can utilize from changing the background color to applying a background image, a logo and even applying your own dynamic message using the “Insert Field” option. For example, let's say you want to make sure each postcard is personalized with the homeowner’s first name, last name, and property address. The insert field will allow you to do that.
Whether you're choosing a dynamic postcard, uploading your own design, or using our advanced edit feature, you'll want to hit "Print and Mail" to finalize that order. Before you finalize that order, you'll be instructed to name that postcard and potentially save it for future use.
Hit "Save" once you've made your selection. At this point, you'll want to confirm your order by ensuring that your images are within specific margins, that you include your contact information, and that your images are clear and high resolution enough for printing.
Finally, you'll be able to place your order. We'll send out your postcards to the addresses directly.
