Skip Tracing
If you’re not familiar with this add-on, skip tracing is a great way to get any email addresses and phone numbers that are associated with your leads.
From there, you can call, text, or email your prospects, allowing you to quickly make a connection while opening the floor to negotiate a deal. Skip tracing is also a cost-effective way to begin communicating, as each contact costs only 12¢ to skip trace and the information you collect is yours to keep.
Tip: Emails can be sent from within PropStream for 2¢ each!
Who Qualifies for the Promotion?
To qualify for the free $25 credit, you must fall into one of these categories…
- You’re a new PropStream customer
- You’re a returning customer who has had a canceled account for at least 30 days
How It Works
If you fall into one of the above categories, here’s how you can expect to receive the free credit…
The promotion is running from December 16-December 27, 2021
- On December 16th (starting at 12:01 am PST), the credit will be automatically added to your account if you fit the criteria mentioned above.
- If you sign up for PropStream at any point during the promotional period, the $25 free credit will be automatically applied to your account.
- On December 27th at 11:50 pm PST, the promotion will end. However, the credit will stay in your account as long as your PropStream account remains active.
While we encourage you to use the credit for skip tracing to get the best value, you can also use it for postcards, emails, assessor maps, and document images.
Please note: Customers using the 7-day free trial will only be able to apply the credit to a maximum of 50 properties. To use the credit fully, you will need to move the account from trial to a full subscription.

Tip: To check for the credit in your account, head over to the “Settings” tab on your PropStream account. Under the Profile/Billing section, there will be a gray box with your billing information. This is where you will find any available credits.
Credits can also be checked on the mobile app by selecting the “More” tab under “Wallet Balance.”
Terms and Conditions of the 12-Days Promotion
The 12-Days of PropStream $25.00 credit promotion is non-transferable and valid only for primary account holders who are i) new customers or ii) reinstated canceled customers who have been canceled for more than 30 days, in good standing with PropStream. The $25.00 promotion credit is eligible to be received between December 16th, 2021 12:01 am PST, and December 27th, 2021 11:50 pm PST. The credit will be applied to the user's account within 24-48 business hours of a sign-up or reinstatement of an inactive account. Holidays may delay receipt.
Once applied to the user's account, the credit is valid until fully used or until the account is canceled, whichever comes first. No cash value. Any unused credit will expire if the account is canceled and will not be issued to the user as a refund. The credit can only be used for additional purchases in the PropStream platform including skip tracing, postcards, emails, assessor maps, and document images; and may not be used to offset monthly subscription fees
Customers must reactivate their account before the offer expiration or the offer becomes void. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Void where prohibited.
