In this video, we’ll show you how to add Lead Automator to your PropStream account and start using it to automatically generate fresh, qualified leads.
Lead Automator is PropStream’s automated lead monitoring tool. It continuously scans the market for new properties that match your saved searches, removes outdated leads, and depending on your plan, includes free skip tracing with phone numbers and email addresses.
To add Lead Automator, click Account, then go to Lead Automator. From there, you can either try Lead Automator free for 14 days or click Manage Plan and select the plan that fits your business needs. Once selected, click Continue, review and confirm your changes, then click Confirm Changes. Lead Automator is active immediately. Pro and Elite plans include it automatically, and users subscribed to the Essentials Plan receive two free months when they add it.
To start using Lead Automator, build a search using your desired filters and save it to a list. Next, go to My Properties, open that list, and click Automate List. From there, you’ll follow the prompts to set up your automation preferences, including property changes and alert frequencies.
PropStream will automatically add new matching properties, remove outdated ones, allow you to create custom summary boxes for better tracking, and let you view marketing data columns. You can monitor list activity in real time, keeping your leads fresh and ready for outreach.
