They had hired packers and movers, but when they couldn’t pay, the movers simply dumped everything: furniture, belongings, and even the family’s photo albums. Overnight, every trace of Jeremy’s childhood was erased.

“Sometimes I wonder if someone like me had knocked on my dad’s door back then, would things have been different?” Jeremy shares.
