Frank and Cecilia are part of Inspired Buyers, a real estate investment company led by Michael Yannis, also known as Mr. Hustle. Frank serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and scaling the wholesaling division. Cecilia works as the company’s Transaction Coordinator, managing deals from contract to close.

From Cecilia’s perspective, clarity around responsibility is what keeps transactions moving without friction.

“Once a contract comes in, my job is to get it to the finish line. When roles are clear, everything moves smoothly,” says Cecilia.

Cecilia takes ownership of the process once a contract is signed, navigating title issues, amendments, seller communication, and anything that stands between a deal and the closing table. Meanwhile, Frank focuses on building the operation, empowering the team, and finding the next real estate opportunity.
