How It Works
This promotion will run from January 2-9, 2024, and be available to select new and returning customers.
The credit will be automatically added to all eligible accounts within two business days. Your credit will stay in your account as long as your PropStream account remains active.
Please note: To use the full value of the $25 credit, accounts must be in a subscription status and cannot be in a 7-day trial. Accounts in a 7-day free trial will only be able to apply the credit to a maximum of 50 properties.

Tip: To check for the credit in your account, go to the “Settings” tab on your PropStream account. Under the Profile/Billing section, there will be a gray box with your billing information. This is where you will find available credits. Credits on our mobile app can be checked by selecting the “More” tab under “Wallet Balance.”
Terms and Conditions
The $25.00 credit promotion is non-transferable and valid only for primary account holders who are: new customers or reinstated canceled customers who have been canceled for more than 30 days, in good standing with PropStream. The $25.00 promotion credit is eligible to be received between January 2, 2024, 12:01AM PST, and January 9, 2024, 11:59PM PST. The credit will be applied to the user's account within 2 business days of sign-up or reinstatement of an inactive account.
Once applied to the user's account, the credit is valid until fully used or until the account is canceled, whichever comes first. The free credit has no cash value. Any unused credit will expire if the account is canceled and will not be issued to the user as a refund. The credit can only be used for additional purchases in the PropStream platform that include: skip tracing, postcards, emails, assessor maps, document images; and may not be used to pay for monthly subscription fees.
Customers must reactivate their account before the offer expires or it becomes void. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Void where prohibited.
Excludes: The credit can not be used towards add-ons such as team members, List Automator, monthly subscription costs, and additional property purchases.
