Meet Dedric & Krystal Polite
Dedric and Krystal Polite are self-taught real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and stars of A&E and Hulu’s 50/50 Flip. Since founding Be Polite Properties in North Carolina in 2017, they’ve gained experience in fix-and-flips, wholesaling, and buy and hold investing, growing from three rental units to more than 70 in three years. Together, they bring complementary expertise to their investments, with Dedric focusing on acquisitions, financing, dispositions, and capital raising, while Krystal specializes in design, business operations, branding, and marketing. They also founded Renovational Wealth Academy to help share what they’ve learned with aspiring real estate investors.
