Setting Up Automations In List Automator

Automate your list for accuracy to save time, money, and the headaches associated with managing your real estate marketing lists manually. When List Automator is activated and set up on your marketing lists, new properties will be added for you while old leads are removed. In just a few clicks, you can have automated real estate lead lists thanks to PropStream’s List Automator.

With List Automator, you’ll be able to automate any list that you have placed in your "My Properties" page. This will give you the ability to automatically add properties that meet your criteria into a saved marketing list. This will also allow you to remove properties within any of your saved lists that no longer meet your criteria, thus saving you time and money.

To do so, click on any saved marketing list followed by the “Automate List” button. Beginning from the top, you’ll have four rules to choose from. This applies to properties that are being updated in our system that meet your criteria:

  1. Ignore
  2. Add to this list
  3. Add to another list
  4. Do it myself

The bottom half will ask you what to do when properties no longer match your criteria. You will have the same options listed above. Finally, you will be able to choose a notification option. Once you’ve selected your rules and notification preferences, click “Save.” Your list will now be in the new automated lists section, along with any other lists that have been automated.

From here, you can click on that list and identify any properties that need to be added or removed. If you selected to have records added automatically, you can scroll to the right and use the “Date Added to List” column to find properties that were recently added to your automated list.
