However, these changes take time, especially when you’re committed to the level of performance that PropStream is. This release closes that gap by refreshing two of PropStream's most frequently used pages.

The result: a cleaner, more intuitive interface that’s cohesive with the rest of the platform.

Within the My Properties and My Contacts pages, you’ll notice updated tables, menus, drawers, buttons, and status indicators, all designed to make navigating PropStream feel more natural and consistent.

Most importantly, behind the scenes, your data and workflows remain exactly the same.

Action Menus Are Now Easier to Navigate

A new action menu was introduced in PropStream

One of the first changes you'll notice is a refreshed Actions menu. Options within the menu are now grouped more logically with updated icons, clearer labels, and visual separators that make it easier to find what you're looking for more quickly.

A few menu items have also been renamed or reorganized:

Delete Records and Delete Contact are now Delete Selection
Add to Favorites List, Add to Marketing List, and Add to Automated List are now under a single expandable Add to List menu
Append Status is now Skip Trace Status in My Contacts

Did any features change?

No. This update changes how the pages look, not how they work. Every tool, filter, action, and workflow available before the update is still available.

Where did ‘Add to Favorites List’ go?

It's now grouped with Add to Marketing List and Add to Automated List under a single Add to List option in the Actions menu. Click Add to List to expand and see all three items.

Where did ‘Delete Records’ go?

It's now called Delete Selection. It works exactly the same way — it removes the records you've selected.

Why are some buttons showing only icons?

The pages now adapt to your browser window size. When your window is narrower, button labels collapse to icons to keep everything visible. Hover over any icon to see what it does, or widen your browser window to bring the labels back.

Why are some actions greyed out?

Actions that require a selection are disabled until you select at least one property or contact. Hover over a greyed-out option, and you'll see a Select Item(s) First prompt.

How do I close the property detail drawer now that the ‘Close Detail’ button is gone?

Click the arrow on the left side of the row (the same one you used to open it).

What happened to the ‘(DNC) – Do Not Call’ text?

DNC status is now shown as a badge instead of text. The information is the same; it's just easier to spot in a long list.

Did my lists, filters, or saved properties change?

No. All of your data, lists, filters, and saved searches are exactly as you left them.

Do I need to do anything to apply this change?

No. The update applies automatically the next time you log in.
