PropStream’s Phase II Interface Enhancements: A Smarter Way to Search

At PropStream, we’re always looking for ways to make your property search experience smarter, faster, and more intuitive. With our latest phase of platform enhancements, we’re continuing to evolve how you search for properties and interact with your marketing lists through a fresh UX/UI redesign of the search page.

These enhancements were built with your workflow in mind, so you can find, filter, and manage properties more efficiently than ever.

Here’s a breakdown of the updates you’ll notice right away:

1. Updated Icons for Easier Navigation

The Draw feature and Analytics icon have both been redesigned to reflect our latest AI-driven enhancements, giving you a sleeker look and clearer functionality.

Fun Fact: The dollar sign on the map pin has been removed, adding more space to view pricing information.

2. Smarter Sidebar & Search Bar Design

We’ve improved the sidebar navigation and adjusted the search bar. Updates include improvements to the canned search bar, Filters, and the Save button for a cleaner, more efficient workflow.

3. New On-Market / Off-Market Filter

The search bar now includes a convenient toggle to quickly identify properties that are On Market or Off Market, key criteria for your property search. This makes it easier to separate potential leads from active listings and refine your search with just one click.

4. Bookmarking Made Simple

No more switching screens—bookmark properties in real time as you search.

You can now bookmark properties directly from both the Search and Map Cards with a new bookmark icon.

5. List Indicators for Better Lead Management

• A new feature shows you the latest list that a property was added to—directly on the card.
• You’ll also see a count of the total number of lists a property has been saved to, so you can quickly understand the overlap.
• This visibility is now available across Map Cards, Search Cards, and the Nearby Property Card Search, helping you organize your leads more efficiently.

6. Radius for Demographic Insights Data is Now Up To 10 Miles

Previously, the Demographic Insights data we offered for each property covered a 1-mile radius around the subject property.

In this release, that radius has been extended to (up to) 10 miles with increments of 0.25, 0.50, 1, 2, 5, and 10 miles, allowing you to get a deeper dive into the local demographic of each property to help you make valuable decisions regarding lead outreach.
