Attend any live PropStream webinar or onboarding session between July 13 and July 24 and earn a $25 marketing credit. Whether you're new to the platform or looking to sharpen your skills, it's an opportunity to learn and earn at the same time.
Join Connect to Close and Earn $25– Plus More Surprises
Join Connect to Close: From Plan to Pipeline, a three-day webinar series running July 21–23, and earn a $25 marketing credit. Designed to help real estate professionals strengthen every stage of their pipeline, the event will cover strategies to search for opportunities, identify prospects, connect with leads, and move deals forward with confidence. We'll also be announcing additional prizes, giveaways, and surprises as part of the celebration.
Celebrate 5 Years of PropStream Academy and Earn $25
This year also marks the fifth anniversary of PropStream Academy. To celebrate, we're inviting customers to complete any one of the 20-minute or less courses between July 23 and August 21 and earn a $25 marketing credit while investing in their real estate education. More details on how to participate will be announced soon.

Webinar & Onboarding Credit — $25 Marketing Credit
The PropStream 20th Anniversary Webinar & Onboarding Credit promotion ('Promotion') begins July 13, 2026, and ends July 24, 2026 ('Promotion Period'). To qualify, participants must attend a live PropStream onboarding session or webinar in its entirety during the Promotion Period. Partial attendance does not qualify. This Promotion is open to all PropStream customers, new and existing, including those on a free trial. A $25 marketing credit will be applied to the qualifying participant's PropStream account within three (3) business days following the conclusion of the attended session. Marketing credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted for any other offer. Credits may only be applied toward eligible PropStream marketing services. PropStream reserves the right to verify attendance records and disqualify any participant found to have misrepresented their eligibility. This Promotion may not be combined with other promotional credits unless explicitly stated. PropStream reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law.
Connect to Close Event Credit — $25 Marketing Credit
The PropStream 20th Anniversary Connect to Close Credit promotion ('Promotion') runs July 21, 2026, through July 23, 2026 ('Event Period'). To qualify, participants must attend the Connect to Close event during the Event Period. This Promotion is open to all PropStream customers, new and existing. A $25 marketing credit will be applied to the qualifying participant's PropStream account within three (3) business days following the conclusion of the event. Additional prizes may be awarded during or following the event; details for such prizes will be announced separately and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Marketing credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward eligible PropStream marketing services. PropStream reserves the right to verify attendance and disqualify any participant found to have misrepresented their eligibility. PropStream reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law.
PropStream Academy 5-Year Celebration Credit — $25 Marketing Credit
The PropStream Academy 5-Year Celebration Credit promotion ('Promotion') begins July 23, 2026, and ends August 21, 2026 ('Promotion Period'). To qualify, participants must fully complete one of the 20-minute or less courses during the Promotion Period. Partial completion does not qualify. This Promotion is open to all PropStream customers, new and existing, including those on a free trial. A $25 marketing credit will be applied to the qualifying participant's PropStream account within three (3) business days following verified course completion. Marketing credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted for any other offer. Credits may only be applied toward eligible PropStream marketing services. PropStream reserves the right to verify completion records and disqualify any participant found to have misrepresented their eligibility. PropStream reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law.
Combined Credit Earning — Up to $75 Total
Customers may qualify for and receive all three (3) $25 marketing credits during the respective Promotion Periods, for a maximum total of $75 in marketing credits. Each credit promotion is independent and governed by its own eligibility requirements and dates. Earning one credit does not automatically qualify a customer for the others. Credits from separate promotions are not guaranteed to be combined into a single transaction and may be applied separately to the customer's account. PropStream reserves the right to audit combined credit earnings and withhold credits in cases of suspected abuse or misrepresentation. Void where prohibited by law.
