To create mailing labels within PropStream, go to “My Properties” and click on the list you would like to create labels for. Once your results populate, check off the individual addresses or select them all. Now, click on “Actions” followed by “Generate Mailing Labels.” The Mailing Labels popup menu will give you three format types to choose from:
You may also offset some labels by applying blank spaces before the first label. Last, but certainly not least, you can choose the format you’d like for your labels. They can be either in Word or PDF format. Once your options have been selected, select “Generate Labels” to get your personalized mailing labels.
