Once you’ve searched a market and built a motivated lead list using PropStream’s filters, the next step is to market to your target audience. PropStream offers integrated marketing services, so you don’t need to waste any additional time or energy pulling the leads out of our system and importing them somewhere else. Users can start a marketing campaign to set up a free landing page, send emails, or mail postcards.

To create a campaign to send postcards or emails, click on the “Campaign” icon located on the toolbar. Next, you’ll want to click on the "New Campaign" button in the top left. From here, you can name the campaign and select a marketing list to add your recipients. You can also select multiple marketing lists by clicking on the "Add Group" button and repeating the process until all your desired marketing lists have been selected.
Once you’ve created a name and chosen a marketing list, select “Save” to start your campaign. A pop-up will appear stating that you have successfully created a campaign. Now, you’ll have the option to either create your free landing page, go straight to marketing activities, or go to the campaign dashboard. The marketing dashboard will show you the name of the campaign and allow it to be adjusted. It will also show you when the campaign was created along with monitoring some important aspects, from the total recipients selected to the total postcards sent. It also monitors total email click-throughs and the amount of website visits.
Below the monitoring area is where all published and unpublished activities will be listed. If you haven’t started an activity yet, you will be given your marketing options: postcards and emails.
