New Live Onboarding Schedule
If you're just getting started, we recommend attending an onboarding session first before joining the daily webinars.
To make onboarding more accessible, we now offer two live onboarding sessions each day, so you can choose the time that works best for your schedule. Each session is limited to 20 attendees, creating a more personalized learning experience.

Andy brings over 20 years of customer service experience to PropStream, where he has supported the community for the past 6 1/2 years, following a previous role at a printing and marketing company serving real estate agents.
He joined the webinar and onboarding team because he is genuinely passionate about helping people succeed and loves giving users the confidence to reach their goals. He is on a personal mission to make every session so energetic, welcoming, and fun that you'll forget you're actually learning software.
Fun Fact: When he isn't sharing his screen, Andy is a league bowler who hits the lanes twice a week—mostly because it gives him an excuse to travel to Vegas twice a year for end-of-the-year sweeps.
Eddie
Eddie is PropStream’s Demo Specialist and a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience, focused on helping investors and agents use data and technology to find, analyze, and close deals.
Outside of his professional interests, Eddie has a passion for traveling the world and getting lost in nature with his dog, Aza.
Fun Fact: Eddie’s hidden talent is ironing clothes, and he feels that if there were an Olympic event for the activity, he would easily take gold!
Leslie
Leslie has been part of the PropStream family for four years, specializing in webinar training and educational content that makes learning simple, practical, and engaging. She is passionate about helping users discover everything they can accomplish with PropStream and creating a learning experience that is approachable, informative, and easy to follow.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Leslie is an avid reader who loves writing and is always searching for her next favorite book.
Marcus
Marcus has been part of the PropStream team for more than three years, helping customers discover new ways to get the most from the platform. As a member of the onboarding team, he enjoys guiding new users through PropStream's features and workflows, making it easier for them to build confidence and start seeing results from day one.
Fun Fact: Marcus has a passion for martial arts, particularly Taekwondo, and appreciates the discipline, focus, and perseverance it brings to both his personal and professional life. On second thought, that's more of a serious fact.
Suzana
Suzana has been part of the PropStream team for just over two years, bringing with her 14 years of experience in property management. Before joining PropStream, she managed 23 residential apartment communities, giving her firsthand insight into the real estate industry and the value of reliable property information.
She joined the onboarding team because she's passionate about helping new users discover everything PropStream has to offer. Seeing customers build confidence, uncover new opportunities, and grow their businesses is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. Known for her warm and personable approach, Suzana enjoys connecting with customers and making every onboarding session a welcoming experience.

Webinar & Onboarding Credit — $25 Marketing Credit
The PropStream 20th Anniversary Webinar & Onboarding Credit promotion ('Promotion') begins July 13, 2026, and ends July 24, 2026 ('Promotion Period'). To qualify, participants must attend a live PropStream onboarding session or webinar in its entirety during the Promotion Period. Partial attendance does not qualify. This Promotion is open to all PropStream customers, new and existing, including those on a free trial.
