How To Manage Your Account Settings in PropStream

Your Account page gives you one centralized place to manage your subscription, billing, team members, PropStream Connect, credits, and account settings. Everything you need to manage your PropStream account is organized in one convenient location.

Let's take a look at everything you can do from your Account page.

Accessing Your Account

To get started, click Account from the main navigation menu. Here, you'll find everything related to your profile, plan, usage, marketing profile, PropStream Connect, Team, prepaid credits, call settings, billing and integrations—all in one place.

Profile & Account Information

Keep your account information up to date by editing your name, contact information, and profile photo. You can also securely update your email address and password with built-in validation to help prevent errors.

Managing Your Plan

Select Manage Plan to view your current plan and available upgrade options. Before confirming any changes, you'll be able to review your current plan, and or choose the best plan that fits your business. Whether you're upgrading your PropStream plan or exploring additional features, everything can be managed directly from this page.

Usage

As you approach your usage limits, visual notifications help keep you informed. You'll receive an alert along with an Increase Limits option if additional capacity is needed. You will also see when your next billing date resets.

Marketing Profile

If you're planning to send postcards or launch direct mail campaigns, complete your Marketing Profile by adding your business address. This information helps ensure compliance with mailing requirements.

PropStream Connect

Looking to streamline your lead generation and outreach?

PropStream Connect combines Free Skip Tracing, Click-to-Dial, Dialer Campaigns, Lead Automator, and discounted Direct Mail into one powerful solution.

Lead Automator is included as part of PropStream Connect, making it easy to automate your lead generation and follow-up efforts.

If you're on the PropStream Essentials Plan, PropStream Connect is available as a $30 per month add-on and includes a 14-day free trial for monthly subscribers. Annual Essentials subscribers receive their first two months free.

If you're already on the Pro or Elite plan, PropStream Connect is included at no additional cost.

PropStream Connect also includes free skip tracing for the primary user and their team. Skip trace usage is based on the number of saved properties in your account, and every skip trace includes free Do Not Call (DNC) flagging.

Adding or Managing Team Members

Need to expand your team?

Invite new team members by entering their name and email address. Real-time validation helps ensure accuracy, and if you've reached your team member limit, you'll receive a notification with instructions to contact Customer Support for assistance.

Prepaid Credits

Need additional credits? Purchase prepaid credits above the system minimum whenever you need them. Once your purchase is complete, your available credits will appear directly in your Account Home.

Call Settings

To use Click-to-Dial within PropStream, within call settings, you can set up phone numbers to use to dial. You will choose a state and an area code, then click Confirm. These numbers can be replaced every 7 days for no additional cost. You can also configure team permissions and call forwarding. Note: You must have PropStream Connect to access the Click-to-Dial feature in PropStream.

Billing

The Billing section gives you a complete overview of your account activity.

Quickly review your transaction history using filters for:

• All Transactions
• Recurring Charges
• In-App Purchases
• Prepaid Credits

Need a copy for your records? Simply click Download PDF to export your billing history.

Manage -> Payment Methods

Managing your payment methods is simple.

When you click ‘Manage’, you can add, edit, or remove credit cards whenever needed. Just remember that active subscriptions require at least one valid payment method to remain on file.

Account Settings

The Settings page makes it easy to personalize and manage your PropStream account. From updating your personal information and security settings to managing your subscription, billing preferences, connected services, and account features, everything is organized into one convenient location.
