When you create lists of real estate leads in PropStream, you may want to export them to keep for your own records or to use on a third-party platform. This can be done from the “My Properties” page by selecting the list you want to export, checking each record individually or bulk selecting all records, and clicking the Export button.

To export a marketing list of your saved properties from the “My Properties” page, simply choose the list that you want to export. Once your list has been selected, you'll be able to choose the records you want to export individually by checking off the blank box next to each record.
If you want to export the entire list, then click on the blank box above the first record. From here, you will be able to customize the headers you want on your Excel sheet by selecting the "Edit Column" option (the gear icon above the spreadsheet to the right). Whether you want property and owner information, open loan details, or MLS details, go ahead and select the headers you want to have on your Excel sheet. Finally, select “Apply” at the bottom, followed by the “Export” button above record number one and you will be provided with your Excel sheet.
