LAKE FOREST, CA: PropStream, the premier real estate lead generation platform, is excited to share that a robotics team we’ve offered partial sponsorship to, Code Orange Team #3476, competed in the First® Robotics Competition (FRC) from April 17-20 in Houston, TX.
Code Orange Team 3476 is a pre-college robotic team in the heart of Orange County’s high-tech hub. They aim to promote interest and knowledge in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and provide hands-on engineering education by designing and building robots.
The FRC is an inspiring annual event put on by First® Championship in which youth robotics teams from around the globe can gather to compete with custom-built robots. The event is a top-tier educational experience, celebrating youth involvement in STEM and nurturing this curiosity for future career opportunities.
In addition to our sponsorship contribution, this team holds a special place in PropStream’s heart because our Head of Technology, Scindia Dhanasekaran, dedicated her time and expertise to volunteering and helping Code Orange compete in the FRC world championship.
Code Orange Team 3476, in Newton Division, placed 25th out of 75 teams in the FRC World Championship through hard work, dedication, and innovation! They are currently placed at 263rd worldwide out of 3474 teams, 230th in the USA out of 2806 teams, and 27th in California out of 282 teams.
PropStream is incredibly proud of Dhanasekaran for using her time to make a difference in her community by guiding and encouraging youth through such an empowering program, as well as Code Orange Team 3476 for this impressive achievement.
