Terms and Conditions 

The $25.00 credit will be given to the first 200 PropStream Academy Users who complete the course “How To Find Real Estate Investor Leads as an Agent” from 7 AM PST March 19th, 2024, to April 2nd, 2024 at midnight PST. The credit will be given to PropStream Academy users who have, in good faith, taken and completed the course, have an active PropStream account, and are in good standing with PropStream. The promotion will end when the 200 credits are given or by April 2nd, 2024, whichever comes first. Notwithstanding, at the end of every business day, PropStream will identify Academy Users who have completed the course and the credit will then be applied to the user's account within 2-3 business days after verification of a completed course. In cases where an account is not yet set up, the winner will have 6 months from the date of notification of winning by PropStream to set up their account; otherwise, the credit will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made.
 
Once the credit is applied to the user's account, the credit is valid until fully used or until the account is canceled or closed, whichever comes first. The credit holds no cash value. Any unused credit will expire if the account is canceled or closed and will not be issued to the user as a refund. The credit can only be used for additional purchases in the PropStream platform, including skip tracing, postcards, emails, assessor maps, and document images. It may not be used to offset monthly subscription fees.
 
Any existing customers must reactivate their account before the offer expires or becomes void. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Void where prohibited.
